Many players have asked "What the heck is 'GA'?" It's not a southern state, it's not baby talk, and it's not a reference to the female lead of "The X-Files."
'GA' is an abbreviation made up by Acro users for a category request, or a form of congratulations.
The following is a list of commonly used abbreviations created by Acro users. A larger list of these abbreviations can be found on the Acro All Night site.

In addition, people will often type the first letter or two of a category they want to play. For instance, if X Files is a category, people will simply type "X."
Another thing Acro users do is type their speed into the chat box (for example, "12.2"). Players do this in the event that two or more people enter answers at the same time, and they want to know if they are the fastest. Conversely, some people will type "59.5" merely to show they are in no hurry.
