Please look below to see the specific error that you're encountering. If an error isn't here, then it most likely will just be solved by restarting the game. For more detailed server status information, join the Discord server.

"Acrophobia cannot communicate with the Dispatch server."

This error (Error 30) is caused by either the Bezerk Revived servers being down, or your internet connection having problems. If you've confirmed that your connection is fine, but you're still receiving this error, then please try again later.

"Acrophobia was unable to update a necessary file."

If this error (Error 29) appears, then your internet connection is fine, but the Bezerk Revived servers may be having problems. Try restarting the game. If that doesn't work, try playing the game later.

"We are unable to contact the server at this time." (During Login/Registration)

This error happens when the Registration Server is having problems, and is unable to log you in or register your account. Please try playing the game later. (If you were registering an account, your details were not saved. You'll need to register again.)

"We were unable to process the response from the server." (During Login)

This error means that the Registration Server is having problems, and encountered an error while trying to log you in. Please try again later.

"There is a problem communicating with the game server."

This error means that either the IRC Server or Acrobot is having problems. You'll need to try playing again later.

"The game server is down, or something is wrong with your Internet connection."

This error (Error 25) has the same meaning as the previous error. This only appears in older versions of Acrophobia.
